Membership

WDANZ Membership and use of the WDANZ logo is available to web development professionals who agree to the WDANZ Code of Ethics.

We offer three membership types:

• List Members - simply keep in the communications loop (FREE)
• Professional Members - two years in business* ($49.00pa incl GST) and
• Corporate Membership - five years in business* ($99.00pa incl GST)

WDANZ Professional and Corporate Memberships are open to New Zealand based Web Developers who provide commercial services to the general public or business community, either throughout New Zealand or internationally, for a financial or commercial return in all or any of the following disciplines:

• Graphics/Design
• Macromedia Flash
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
• Database programming (e.g. PHP, .NET)
• Website Project Management
• Web based systems or Architecture Design
• Sales & Marketing (specifically of websites and Internet-based technologies)

Not included are the following specialists:

• Software Programmers/Engineers (non web-based)
• Internet Service Providers
• Registrars
• Web Hosting Services
• Network Administrators

. . . unless the above services are included along with Web Development.

* Membership category eligibility can also be calculated on the number of websites developed: Professional Membership (20x websites), Corporate Membership (100x websites).
