Internet UNMASKED!! roadshow
Dennis and the team have now completed the Internet UNMASKED!! roadshow throughout the provinces and have just caught up with their missing sleep, a backlog of emails and event follow-ups.Events covered Queenstown, Invercargill, Dunedin, Timaru, Nelson, Palmerston North, Wanganui, New Plymouth and Hamilton. We also assisted and met with people in Whangarei and Rotorua. That was one big November 2008.
A masssive thanks to all members who participated and supported the Internet UNMASKED!! events. Nelson and Hamilton take the chocolate fish award for the best turnouts from the SOHO, SME and NFP sectors - dozens of people showed up and loved the events. Hamilton and Invercargill take the award for most positive responses from WDANZ members, both who are all geared up to run IU events all by themselves now.
There is simply no question that we've created real value this year by turning up and waving the WDANZ flag in the smaller towns. We are always appreciated by attendees and members alike, especially in the smaller centres.
