Membership Fee Reduction
WDANZ announces a major fee reduction.Effective 14 August, 2009, WDANZ is pleased to announce a reduction in Membership fees, and reopening of membership applications.
CEO, Dennis A. Smith says that the fee reduction follows an analysis of the first three years in business and a change in the usage of WDANZ services.
"The whole Internet industry has matured over the last three years, and we've moved from a business focussed on running Conferences and industry training to more of a supporting role, helping our members when they need it," he says. "To give you an example, in 2006, when we first started we actively undertook training thoughtout the country in SEO. The industry's knowledge and understanding of SEO has lifted enormously now with most web developers now much more aware of good SEO practice, regardless of how much they actually implement on their client websites."
He says that a lot of the services WDANZ provides are now behind the scenes and are self-funding, like the business brokerage, and mediation or dispute resolution services. This enables lower membership fees - making WDANZ membership more affordable in tight times.
