Brendan Battles' membership lapse
Members may be interested to note that Image Marketing Group's WDANZ membership has lapsed. Managing Director of IMG is Brendan Battles, who worked for one of my companies at the time we established WDANZ and he helped me behind the scenes in our formative days. Brendan spoke at the first WDANZ conference in Auckland. Some in the industry raised concerns about Brendan's past spamming activities however our investigations into two tabloid-type articles at the time revealed another untold side to the stories. Recently, WDANZ has been in communication with the DIA over recent claims of SMS spamming however IMG's membership expired on 2nd August 2009, and has not been renewed within the one month grace period.Tagwords: brendan battles, membership
